At Gloryance, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns – 14 Days
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty.
Please Note: Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
To start a return, please contact us at Returns.gloryance@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Faulty or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
We strongly recommend recording a short video while unboxing or receiving your order as proof in case of any defect, damage, or missing items. This helps us resolve your issue quickly and fairly.
If the item is confirmed faulty, we’ll offer one of the following options:

A replacement of the same item, or

A full refund, including any delivery charges.
There is no cost to you for returning a faulty item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty items.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
